Anuj Kumar Paliwal
Founder Director
Mr. Anuj Kr. Paliwal is an M.Sc. in Physics and also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law. He started his career as an entrepreneur in the field of IT services and training. Mr. Paliwal started one of the first IT and Education ventures in the region in the year 1996 which was incorporated in the year 1998. Before starting his own company he has worked in companies such as Nestle and Aptech.
Mr. Paliwal was the Chairman of North East IT Association (NEITA) and is also on the boards and various committees of trade associations such as CII (Confederation of Indian Industry), ICC (Indian Chamber of Commerce) & FINER (Federation of Industries of North East Region). Mr Paliwal is a sports enthusiast and a mountaineer having trekked to the Everest and Annapurna Base Camps .
Sharmistha Nandi Paliwal
Founder Director
Sharmistha N. Paliwal is a management graduate from Gauhati University and has an experience of over 25 years in the field of education and training. Prior to joining Third Eye Education as a director she has worked briefly with the Aditya Birla Group, Kolkata, Dalvi Technologies, Pune and Aptech, Guwahati. Sharmistha N. Paliwal is a guest faculty in the Tata Institute of Social Sciences Guwahati. She was selected for the Goldman Sachs 10K program in IIMB in the year 2019 and the US Consulate Program for women entrepreneurs of the North East in 2021. A yoga enthusiast, Sharmistha is also a trained Yoga Instructor from Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari and SVYASA Bangalore. She conducts regular voluntary Yoga sessions for corporates and students.

Sanjib Kakati
Sanjib Kakati- Sanjib Kakati is a Graduate in Electrical Engineering and a Post Graduate in Industrial Engineering. He worked for about 15 years in the National Productivity Council of India and then joined Third Eye Infosys to start the Management Services Division in 2002.
His focus area includes – providing Training and Consultancy services in the areas of Productivity and Quality Management, Environmental Management System, Occupational Health & Safety Management System and related areas. He has been providing his expertise to the Public Sector Oil Companies, Paper Industry, Tea Industry, Power Sector, Educational Institutions, etc. Sanjib Kakakti is involved in creating systems and quality standards for efficiency in operations of Kid Veda.
The Management Team
Kunal Ghose
Kunal Ghose is a management graduate from Sikkim Manipal University and has experience in the field of management and training for over 15 years. He has worked as a Channel Manager at Coca Cola Beverage Pvt. Ltd. for two years and later joined Third Eye Education Pvt. Ltd and presently working as an Assistant General Manager.
Apart from his managerial skills he has also imparted Soft Skills training at Bongaigaon Polytechnic, Nagaon Polytechnic and Itanagar Polytechnic. He is also engaged in other training programs under various Government undertaking projects.
Dipanjana Dutta
Dipanjana is a graduate in Science as well as law and holds an LLB degree. She specializes in Criminal Justice. Before she switched her career in the field of education Dipanjana was a practicing lawyer in Guwahati High court for nearly five years.
Dipanjana is a qualified montessori educator and has an experience of over 10 years in teaching. She has extensive experience in curriculum development, legal research and representation. As the Academic Head – Curriculum Design and Development, at Kid Veda, Dipanjana heads the academic team in development of curriculum and designing of resources. Dipanjana also leads the Montessori and other teachers training initiatives at Kid Veda.
Jupitara Choudhury
Jupitara Choudhury is a B.Com graduate with Management Major. She joined the Kid Veda academic team as a facilitator in the year 2010 and was later promoted as the Academic Head – Training and Quality Control.
Jupitara is deeply involved in curriculum designing and resource creation- core activity of Kid Veda. She is also a part of the capacity building and academic quality control process of Kid Veda.
