The space should be located in a safe residential area away from water bodies or other risky locations. The safety of the child should be kept foremost while selecting a location.

Minimum 2500-3000 sq feet preferably on the ground floor with a minimum of five classrooms and a counseling space or office room and unrestricted outdoor or indoor play area. Room size should be sufficient to comfortably accommodate at least 15 children
